Refunds

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. All purchases made through our website are final. We encourage you to review product details carefully before confirming your order.

Exchanges

We offer a one-time exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • A full and uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory. The video must begin before the package is opened and clearly show any issue or damage.
  • The product must be unused and in its original condition, including all packaging and tags.
  • Exchanges are accepted only for:
    • Wrong product received
    • Damaged item (with proof in video)
  • Exchange requests raised after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Shipping Charges

We do not charge any shipping or courier fees for exchanges. Once your exchange is approved, we will arrange the pickup and delivery at no additional cost to you.

Non-Exchangeable Conditions

  • No unboxing video or incomplete video submitted.
  • Product is used, damaged by customer, or missing original tags/packaging.
  • Exchange requested after the 7-day window.
