Shipping Partner

All orders are shipped via our trusted delivery partner, Quick Dart.

Processing Time

We process all orders within 12 hours of receiving payment or COD confirmation. Orders placed after business hours will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

Delivery timelines vary depending on your location. Typically, deliveries are completed within 3–7 business days.

Shipping Charges

We charge a flat ₹50 shipping fee on all orders. This includes handling and delivery through our logistics partner.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or WhatsApp to monitor the delivery status in real-time.

Claims & Damages

We accept delivery-related claims in case of:

  • Damaged package or product
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Package not delivered

To file a claim, a clear unboxing video must be provided. Claims without valid proof will not be accepted.
